Carrying a firearm in a school is always illegal in New Mexico, regardless of whether or not you have a concealed carry permit. State parks (A) only prohibit concealed carry in certain areas, such as campgrounds and playgrounds. Private businesses (B) have the right to ban weapons on their premises, but this does not apply to those with permits. Bars and restaurants (D) that serve alcohol also have the right to prohibit weapons, but this does not apply to licensed individuals. Therefore, the only location in which carrying a firearm is always illegal, even with a concealed carry permit, is in schools.
